It was an insurance claim, which the insurance company had not provided correct info on in regard to the process. Rather than telling me no and hanging up the phone, he took the time to educate me, not knowing if he’d even be working for me. I called him on a Friday afternoon for a toilet hose that broke that morning, and he took care or it before his day was through. He did so without price gauging, which is highly respectable to me.
